How to order prescriptions:
You can order repeat prescriptions by using our online system - Patient Access. If you are not registered for this service, please contact the surgery with an email address (please note each person requires their own email address - email addresses cannot be shared), and you will be given instructions on how to access online services.
You can also use our automated repeat prescribing line by ringing the main surgery number on 02890 322330 and selecting option 1. Please note that we require the medication name and strength to ensure patient safety.
If you are unable to use the online service or the repeat prescribing automated line, you may also speak directly to a medical receptionist who will assist you.
Your prescription will be available for collection in your nominated pharmacy after 72 hours.
72 Hours Notice For Prescription Requests
Due to increasing demand, we have introduced a 72 hour notice period for prescriptions. Please allow enough time to order your medications. Thank you for your cooperation.
Scripts cannot be posted
Please do not send Self Addressed Envelopes into the surgery with a prescription request. We are not permitted to post prescriptions.
Prescriptions can only be collected by your nominated pharmacy.
