We recognise that being able to communicate effectively is essential to patients receiving proper care and treatment. If you are deaf, visually impaired, have speech or language difficulties or a learning disability, or have difficulty communicating in English, please inform us so that we are aware of this.
You are entitled to use a Sign Language Interpreter or an interpreting service provided by the Health and Social Services Board. Find out about the Interpreting service we offer.
Contact us by phone to make us aware of any requirements, or by writing to the Practice Manager.
