Carers

A Carer is someone who looks after family, partners, friends or neighbours in need of help because they are ill, frail or have a disability. The practice keeps a register of carers and ensures that carers are referred for social services assessment. If you are a carer, please make sure this is recorded on your clinical record. This can be checked by anyone in the surgery.
