Welcome To The Practice

FACE COVERINGS ARE STILL REQUIRED IN GENERAL PRACTICE

Due to the vulnerable nature of a number of our patients, our policy is that all patients MUST continue to wear a Face Covering when attending the surgery.

This is to protect everyone, including our most vulnerable patients. We also need to protect our staff so that we can continue to provide a service for all our patients. Our staff are taking precautions to protect you, so please help to protect them.

If you feel you are unable to wear a face covering, you must contact the surgery to speak to a Doctor in advance of attending.

General practice never closed

There has been a big increase in the number of people wanting to see their GP. In recent weeks, across Northern Ireland the total number of consultations is around 230,000 with around 42% of these being converted to a face to face appointment.

This means GPs are seeing around 20,000 patients face to face every day.

Why do receptionists ask such personal questions?

Receptionists are a vital part of the practice team. Their questions are to ensure that you are seen by the right person at the right time, and all answers are kept confidential.
